Laminated
- Glass which consists of three layers (glass + film PVB + glass).
- The strength of laminated glass which lies on the film named PVB (Polyvinyl butyral film).
- The film is very strong and tough.
- Glass is hardened by heating process until about 650⁰C and cooling suddenly. If it is broken the glass will become small fragmentation glass. It is used on glass doors, side glass and rear glass.
- Zonelite is tempered glass which has special zone at middle area of glass. If broken this area will have bigger fragmentation glass for driver to see through the glass . It is used on only windshield glass.
